Accessible Seating
Desert Financial Arena’s accessible seating is located on the interior concourse level of the arena. One additional guest may accompany the disabled guest in this area. To ensure accessible seating for all who need to be accommodated, we ask that other guests be seated in the rows directly in front of the disabled seating areas. Please review the allowed and prohibited items list and clear bag policy provided by ASU Athletics before attending the ASU Hispanic Convocation.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are an amenity provided to our accessible and elderly guests to make their participation in a graduation event more enjoyable. Wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance of any graduation event. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Desert Financial Arena - Wheelchairs can be checked out at the north entrance. A limited number of chairs are available at each venue. To check out a wheelchair your will need a picture I.D. or a major credit card. A drivers license is preferred. Wheelchairs are not to leave the building and should be returned within 30 minutes of the end of the ceremony.
Captioning & Sign Language Interpreters
Dual captioning (English and Spanish) will be available during the ASU Hispanic Convocation in Desert Financial Arena. Scripted comments and presentations will be captioned to screens in the arena.
