Registration Deadline: Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

Fees

Ceremony participation fee before the registration deadline: $35

Late Fee after the registration deadline: $45

Note: All fees are non-refundable. Students must pay fees in full for their registration to be COMPLETE. Registration is NOT complete until all fees are paid.

What do students receive at the convocation?

All students who participate will receive:

Traditional Sash
Name announced while crossing the stage
Hispanic Convocation certificate

For students who register by the November 12 deadline:

The graduate's name, degree(s), major(s), and personal statement will be printed in the Commemorative Program
Graduate's name and degree will be displayed on the arena screens as they cross the stage

For students who register late (after the November 12 deadline):

Graduate's name, info, and personal statement will NOT be printed in the Commemorative Program

Registration is NOT complete until payment is received.

Change of Circumstances

Delay of Graduation

If a student registers for a Hispanic Convocation ceremony and afterward has to delay your graduation, the student may apply their registration fee to a later Hispanic Convocation ceremony. The student should contact the Hispanic Convocation office as soon as they know their graduation will be delayed.

Failure to attend

If a student registers for the Hispanic Convocation but fails to attend, all fees are non-refundable.
