Registration Deadline: April 12, 2023
Fees
Ceremony Registration fee: $30
Note: All fees are non-refundable. Students must pay fees in full in order for their registration to be COMPLETE. Registration is NOT complete until all fees are paid.
What do students receive at the convocation?
All students who participate will receive:
- Traditional Sash (serape)
- Name announced while crossing the stage
- Hispanic Convocation certificate
For students who register by the April 12, 2023 deadline:
- Graduate's name, degree(s), major(s) and Personal Statement will be printed in the Commemorative Program
- Graduate's name and degree will be displayed on the arena screens as they cross the stage
For students who register late (after the April 12 deadline):
- Graduate's name and info will NOT be printed in the Commemorative Program
For students who fail to register before the last day of classes:
- Graduate's name and info will NOT be printed in the Commemorative Program
- Graduate's personal statement will NOT be displayed during the live ceremony.
No registrations will be accepted on the day of the ceremony
Registration is NOT complete until payment is received.
Change of Circumstances
Delay of Graduation
If a student registers for a Hispanic Convocation ceremony and afterward has to delay your graduation, the student may apply their registration fee to a later Hispanic Convocation ceremony. The student should contact the Hispanic Convocation office as soon as they know their graduation will be delayed.
Failure to attend
If a student registers for the Hispanic Convocation but fails to attend, all fees are non-refundable.
