Submit a Recommendation for a Student Nominee

This page is for people who have been asked to submit a recommendation in support of a student's nomination for the Outstanding Student Awards.

You can either submit a letter of recommendation and/or respond to all questions in the form. 

1. Tell us about your relationship with the nominee. For example, how long have you known them, and in what capacity?
2. What personal experience or interaction with the nominee has led you to nominate him/her/them for the award?
3. What personal experience or interaction with the nominee has led you to nominate him/her/them for the award?
4. In what ways has the nominee demonstrated integrity, leadership success, and potential?
5. What is one word that you think best describes the nominee, and how does this word apply to this award?
6. Describe how the student has served as an exemplary model of leadership through their academic accomplishments, community, relationships, and the fostering of care and concern for their fellow students and community members.
